Delhi witnessed a colourful blend of culture, entrepreneurship, and entertainment as the Rangilo Teej & Rakhi Carnival 2026 was successfully organised at Grand Utsav Banquet in Rohini Sector-3 on August 1. The event, jointly presented by Om Creation & Sparsh Forever by Dr. Punam Garg and Parampara Events by Ajay Gupta, brought together entrepreneurs, artists, families, and emerging talent on one platform, creating a memorable celebration of India’s rich traditions and festive spirit.
The day-long carnival attracted a large number of visitors, including women, children, and families, who participated enthusiastically in shopping, cultural performances, competitions, and entertainment activities. The vibrant atmosphere reflected the significance of Teej and Raksha Bandhan while encouraging local businesses and creative talent.
Platform for Women Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses
One of the major highlights of the carnival was its focus on promoting women entrepreneurs, home-based businesses, artisans, and startups. The organisers created a marketplace where exhibitors showcased a diverse range of products, helping them expand their customer base and increase business opportunities.
Visitors explored stalls offering ethnic wear, sarees, jewellery, handcrafted rakhis, home décor items, skincare products, bakery delights, eco-friendly products, children’s accessories, household essentials, handicrafts, and several other lifestyle products. The exhibition provided entrepreneurs with valuable exposure while encouraging consumers to support local and handmade products.
The initiative also aimed to strengthen Indian cultural values by promoting traditional festivals and sustainable products, inspiring younger generations to remain connected to their heritage.
Distinguished Guests Add Prestige to the Event
The carnival was attended by several well-known personalities from the entertainment, business, and social sectors. Among the prominent guests were actor and social activist Pooja Dua, actor and model Junaid Hussain Khan, film actor, model and producer Raj Chauhan, Prima Group Chairman and social activist Subhash Jindal, Gita Nayyar, and Neetu Verma from Delhi Police.
The dignitaries appreciated the efforts of the organisers for creating a meaningful platform that combined business opportunities with cultural celebrations. They also encouraged participants and exhibitors for their dedication and creativity.
Competitions Showcase Exceptional Talent
The event featured multiple competitions that attracted enthusiastic participation across different age groups. The Talent Hunt, Teej Queen Contest, and Kids Colouring Competition allowed participants to display their creativity, confidence, and artistic skills.

Adding a special touch to the celebrations, every participant, exhibitor, guest, and honoured invitee received a commemorative memento on stage in recognition of their contribution. Members of the Om Creation team were also felicitated for their commitment and hard work in making the event a grand success.
To motivate entrepreneurs, special awards recognised outstanding business performance. Rachna Goyal received the Highest Selling Stall Award after recording sales worth ₹18,000 in a single day, while Kanta Goyal earned the same honour for achieving the highest sales of ₹24,000 during the event. Swati was presented with the Best Decorative Stall Award for her creatively designed exhibition space.
