MUMBAI: Bollywood actor Salman Khan has made an emotional appeal to education reform activist Sonam Wangchuk, urging him to end his ongoing hunger strike and assuring him that his concerns have been heard. In a heartfelt social media message, Salman also offered to send home-cooked food to Wangchuk as a gesture of support and concern.
The actor’s statement comes amid nationwide attention on the ongoing protests linked to the alleged examination paper leak controversy.
