NEW DELHI: Former Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday delivered his first public response in Parliament after stepping down from the Union Cabinet, declaring that he remains a “street fighter” and not an “AC room activist.” His remarks came during a brief but politically charged exchange with senior Congress leader Jairam Ramesh in the Parliament complex, highlighting the growing war of words between the BJP and the Opposition following Pradhan’s resignation.
Pradhan resigned from the Union Cabinet amid mounting political pressure over the nationwide controversy surrounding the NEET examination and student protests.
