Earlier this month, schools and other institutions in Ahmedabad also received bomb threat emails, leading to evacuations and security searches. Authorities did not find explosives during those checks either.
Such incidents create significant disruption even when no physical threat is ultimately discovered. Schools may have to suspend activities, students can experience distress, and parents are often left seeking urgent information about their children’s safety.
For law enforcement agencies, each threat must nevertheless be treated seriously until security teams establish that there is no immediate danger.
