According to the Delhi Fire Service, threat calls were also reported concerning several other locations, including Jamnagar House, the Jhandewalan Flatted Factory Complex, the MB Saket Office/DM Office, Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport and the SDM Office in Delhi Cantonment. Fire tenders were dispatched to the affected locations as a precaution.
Security teams subsequently checked the locations, with no suspicious object reported in the initial searches.
The simultaneous threats have added to security concerns in the capital ahead of Independence Day, when Delhi traditionally witnesses extensive security arrangements around government institutions and major public gatherings.
